Corporate secretarial services: We provide a wide range of corporate secretarial services including company formation, partnership, branch and representative office registration,  structuring and implementing joint-venture arrangement (both corporate and contractual joint-venture), corporate restructuring, and advises on investment promotion criteria on various promoted businesses and handling application for investment promotion as well as advises on business operating licenses and handling of applications for business operating licenses.

Employment:   Our lawyers in this group are able to assist clients on preparation and negotiation of employment contracts and employment law and regulations, preparation of work rules in compliance with local labour law and regulations, as well as assisting clients on their negotiation on labour disputes.

Intellectual property: Our commercial practice group also offers a comprehensive range of traditional intellectual property services including licensing and protection of trademarks, patents, copyrights.

Real Estate: Our service includes legal aspect of project management and construction.  In general, we can offer services in relation to title verification, to verify a usage of land under the urban plan, and land/building registration at land registry offices throughout the country, we can assist clients in handling registration of a condominium building, preparing/negotiating sale and purchase contracts, and short-term and long term lease contract terms.  We also offer services in relation to apply for establishment of factory business in the industrial estate with the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand.
